Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your device in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then drop it off at the designated carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned unit, and upon verification, we will issue a full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
